GRASS FED BEEF

We grow our beef on a grass forage based system year around. They have no added hormones and are antibiotic free. They graze in a low stress herdsman-ship setting that they are naturally suited to. We have a unique breed of cattle to help ensure high quality meat, grown to convert natural resources to pristine protein. When processed, it is dry aged to ensure a more tender meat.
